Fourplex living space

The Fourplex was created through my ADU design. By following my ADU plans and design I created four unit spaces that fit the given criteria of square footage and programs. I kept main ideas of my private nook and rooftop space and incorporated it into my ADU, FOURPLEX, and 100 UNIT HOUSING.

PERSPECTIVE SECTION
The complex consists of four unit types: three units are two stories and one of the two story unit has three bedrooms ( as listed for our requirements). For the units with a second floor, they have their own rooftop space as seen in the plans.
Each unit has their own private nook which I derived from my ADU and carried it onto my 100 unit housing in DTLA.
In section, you can see the stair placement, bedrooms, kitchens, outdoor area, rooftop area, and living space.
